Job Description

• As an Automation and Analytics Managing Consultant, you will be a member of our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management practice • Part of a team responsible for solving the most complex and strategic issues faced by hospitals, health systems, and medical groups • Lead high impact healthcare projects, strategically aligning resources and timelines to drive results and ensure successful outcomes

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of prior relevant consulting or consulting-like experience
  • Prior project management experience
  • Experience developing analytical models and structuring methodologies
  • Experience performing diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative tasks
  • Ability to demonstrate an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel
  • Ability to travel 75% or more
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or health-related field (nice to have)
  • Master's degree from accredited university in business or health-related field preferred (nice to have)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (nice to have)
  • Significant knowledge of the healthcare industry (nice to have)
  • Track record of strong client service (nice to have)
  • Proven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects (nice to have)
  • Financial modeling/planning skills a Plus (nice to have)
