Job Description
• As an Automation and Analytics Managing Consultant, you will be a member of our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management practice
• Part of a team responsible for solving the most complex and strategic issues faced by hospitals, health systems, and medical groups
• Lead high impact healthcare projects, strategically aligning resources and timelines to drive results and ensure successful outcomes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of prior relevant consulting or consulting-like experience
- Prior project management experience
- Experience developing analytical models and structuring methodologies
- Experience performing diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative tasks
- Ability to demonstrate an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel
- Ability to travel 75% or more
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or health-related field (nice to have)
- Master's degree from accredited university in business or health-related field preferred (nice to have)
- Strong written and oral communication skills (nice to have)
- Significant knowledge of the healthcare industry (nice to have)
- Track record of strong client service (nice to have)
- Proven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects (nice to have)
- Financial modeling/planning skills a Plus (nice to have)
