Job Description

• Spearheading, tracking and monitoring the change management process across many US and international iGaming jurisdictions. • This involves possessing the necessary technical expertise to take the desired goal of the internal team (project managers, business development, game producers, etc.) and deploy that plan across jurisdictions according to individualized change management requirements. • Creating game specification packages for submission to various iGaming regulators and according to individualized regulatory requirements. • Shepherding games through the game approval process though H5G’s independent test lab and regulatory labs. • Handling regulatory inquiries. • Submitting incident reports. • Assisting with security audits. • Advising internal teams as to jurisdictional distinctions concerning specific game requirements. • Maintaining a meticulous database of well-organized certifications, change management logs and release notes.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS required.
  • Previous experience in iGaming industry (3-5 years) required.
  • Ability to build relationships effectively, both in the internal team and with iGaming regulators.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively work and communicate with all levels of – and all departments in - the Company and with iGaming regulators.
  • Deadline and detail oriented, strong organizational skills, committed to getting his/her daily tasks completed to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter who has the ability to work independently with little supervision but is also able to follow instructions for established processes.
  • Must be proficient primarily with the Google Suite but also with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must be punctual, responsible and reliable.
  • Must have excellent judgment.
