• Own and manage Buildofarm’s YouTube content strategy end-to-end • Plan, organize, and maintain a consistent publishing calendar • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external editors or freelancers • Oversee video scripting, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and metadata • Optimize content for reach, engagement, and retention (SEO, CTR, watch time) • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, compliance, and messaging • Repurpose long-form content into shorts, clips, and cross-platform assets
