Job Description

• Maintain and service high-quality imaging equipment that impacts patient care every day. • Travel to regional hospital and healthcare facilities, providing top-tier maintenance and service. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, while adhering to safety regulations and OEM specifications. • Calibrate and troubleshoot imaging systems and computer components to ensure performance aligns with OEM specifications. • Move the company forward in engineering competency. • Represent the company professionally in all on-site interactions and communicate customer feedback effectively to internal teams. • Evaluate, install, and perform preventive maintenance on imaging equipment, while providing advanced-level troubleshooting and repair of electronic, mechanical, and network-related issues. • Provide regular project updates, feedback, and insights to management for continuous improvement. • Document newly developed processes and provide training to end users. • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
3-7 years’ experience in medical imaging engineering or equivalent; ideal candidate will have experience with MR / CT imaging equipment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain focus.
Mechanical aptitude and desire to solve problems using initiative and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work on concurrent projects and ensure timelines are met.
Capable of building positive working relationships with team members, customers and vendors.
Ability to be flexible and resolve situations with confidence and mature leadership.
Solution-oriented professional who treats others with dignity and respect.
Hold self to a high standard while ensuring projects are completed on time.
Experience in delivering and demanding a high level of customer service.
Thorough knowledge of safety regulations.
Exceptional communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal expression, and effective writing.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, keyboarding, and internet research.
Strong attention to detail with consistent follow-through on tasks and responsibilities.
