Job Description

• Guide energy teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing energy efficiency activities in commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities • Help program participants apply the principles of continuous improvement to energy management through group workshops and individual coaching

Job Requirements

Qualified applicants must live within California, with a significant preference for Central CA (Bay Area/Fresno) for regular client travel
Motivate and coach plant/facility management and teams
Guide the development of overall continuous improvement plans
Facilitate training workshops and onsite energy audits and other one-on-one events
Analyze performance of industrial processes using monitoring equipment and statistical analysis
Write reports for technical and non-technical audiences
Conduct site walk-throughs to identify energy savings opportunities
Develop site improvement plans
Use MS Word to create high-quality documentation following proper styles, cross-referencing, and professional layout standards
Develop visually engaging and well-structured presentations in MS PowerPoint, applying advanced design features for clarity and impact
Create and customize slide masters to ensure consistent branding and layout across all slides
Demonstrate familiarity with formulas and graphical data representation/interpretation in Excel
