Job Description
• Conduct 1:1 sessions with members to assess their relationship goals and collaboratively choose the most suitable educational pathways.
• Review member responses to questionnaires and journal prompts.
• Facilitate individual and couple sessions to deepen the integration of therapeutic materials and address relationship concerns.
Job Requirements
- Certified and licensed psychologist, social worker, or counselor with a graduate degree in mental health.
- At least 4 years of experience working with couples and individuals.
- Open to integrating digital tools into your practice.
- Fluent English speaker with the ability to quickly establish trust with clients.
- Able to commit to at least 12 hours weekly.
- Experience working with families/couples.
- Preferably skilled in EFT, CBT, IFS, DBT, Gottman, or Differentiation approaches.
- Committed to ongoing professional development.
- Curious, creative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Intuitive and capable of improvising in tense situations.
