• Partner with our Business Intelligence (BI) team to support and enhance analytics capabilities across manufacturing operations—from production and supply chain to quality and engineering. • Develop data pipelines and reporting tools to deliver actionable insights on throughput, downtime, cycle time, scrap rates, inventory, on-time delivery, backlog, capacity analysis and other key manufacturing metrics. • Work closely with plant managers, operations leaders, and engineering teams to understand production workflows and provide real-time data solutions via Tableau dashboards. • Build, maintain, and optimize data models integrating ERP, MES, and shop floor systems with Snowflake and ETL tools. • Lead Tableau training sessions tailored to manufacturing and operations staff, driving data literacy and dashboard adoption. • Continuously refine BI solutions to support lean initiatives, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
