• Lead the design, development, deployment, and scaling of advanced ML models leveraging NLP, generative AI, and reinforcement learning to improve prescription and fulfillment workflows • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for ML and automation, collaborating with product, engineering, and operations leadership • Drive innovation in operational efficiency through algorithmic optimization, experimentation, and applied research • Partner with cross-functional teams—product managers, engineers, data scientists, and pharmacists—to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions • Establish and advocate for best practices in experimentation, model evaluation, and responsible AI within the Data Science organization • Mentor and provide technical guidance to Applied Scientists and Data Scientists across projects • Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to executives and non-technical stakeholders to influence data-driven decision-making
