• Serve as the Arizona-licensed clinical leader during market launch • Track and maintain your own licensure, supervision, and credentialing requirements • Collaborate closely with ANNA’s Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team on state licensing requirements, payer contracting and credentialing processes, and clinical documentation needed for payer enrollment and audits • Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and treatment standards as needed from state or payor processes • Coordinate and respond to clinical audits and payer reviews as needed • Partner with operations leadership on launch activities, which may include real estate and site readiness coordination, clinical input on staffing models and onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration to support a smooth market entry • Help lay the foundation for scaling clinical services in Arizona • Participate in planning for transition into a full-time Founding Clinical Director role as volume ramps
