Job Description
• lead the Company’s privacy and AI legal functions
• build the governance program
• provide actionable legal advice on new and evolving state and federal laws
• collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and government affairs teams
• work on issues at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and e-commerce
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience practicing at a law firm, in government and/or in-house
- 5+ years of advising on privacy related issues (including healthcare and consumer privacy)
- 2+ years of advising on AI related issues
- management experience with a strong track record of building, leading, and mentoring teams
- superb, trusted business partner
