• Provide Compliance Program leadership for assigned service lines and/or locations. • Responsible for the assisting in the overall implementation and day-to-day management of the Revenue Cycle compliance program. • Works collaboratively on program components, standards, goals, resources, training, monitoring, reporting and team building efforts. • Work cooperatively with Company Leaders to ensure continuing support and understanding of all compliance responsibilities. • Serve as Compliance liaison to Ensemble clients. • Develop and perform training associated with Compliance Program policies, regulatory updates, government and payer coding audits, investigations, and settlements.
