Job Description
• Provide Compliance Program leadership for assigned service lines and/or locations.
• Responsible for the assisting in the overall implementation and day-to-day management of the Revenue Cycle compliance program.
• Works collaboratively on program components, standards, goals, resources, training, monitoring, reporting and team building efforts.
• Work cooperatively with Company Leaders to ensure continuing support and understanding of all compliance responsibilities.
• Serve as Compliance liaison to Ensemble clients.
• Develop and perform training associated with Compliance Program policies, regulatory updates, government and payer coding audits, investigations, and settlements.
Job Requirements
- Provide Compliance Program leadership for assigned service lines and/or locations.
- Responsible for the assisting in the overall implementation and day-to-day management of the Revenue Cycle compliance program.
- Works collaboratively on program components, standards, goals, resources, training, monitoring, reporting and team building efforts.
- Maintain awareness of fraud, waste and abuse laws and regulations and current industry changes that may impact healthcare revenue cycle services.
- Analyze, research, and respond to questions relating to the compliance program and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Develops and maintains policies and procedures regarding the Ensemble Compliance Program.
