Job Description

• Act as the strategic owner of XPLM’s core portfolio of mechanical CAD connectors and visualization tools. • Drive the strategy for Mechanical/3D products while building, managing, and mentoring a team of Product Managers. • Establish standardized PM frameworks (Agile, PRDs, prioritization) to ensure consistent delivery across all XPLM integration products. • Partner with leadership to translate business goals into a multi-year roadmap and align closely with Aras on platform updates. • Define how mechanical data is mapped, transformed, and synchronized within Aras. • Own the roadmap for 3D viewable generation (JT, WebGL, etc.) and Digital Mock-Up (DMU) capabilities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
8+ years of experience in Product Management for B2B enterprise software, with at least 3 years in a leadership/lead role managing other PMs.
Deep knowledge of PLM (Aras Innovator preferred) and the "inner workings" of Mechanical CAD software (APIs, assembly structures, metadata).
Technical 3D Knowledge: Understanding of 3D geometry, tessellation, and the "Digital Twin" concept.
Leadership: Proven ability to coach PMs through technical trade-offs and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
