• Build, refine, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards that provide actionable insights into Carelinx operations. • Source, transform, and integrate data from multiple internal and external systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across the BI environment. • Design, optimize, and maintain semantic models that support scalable reporting and efficient analytics across diverse healthcare and operational data sets. • Partner with business owners, analysts, product teams, and operational leaders to translate business questions into technical specifications and BI solutions. • Monitor and enhance dataset, model, and report performance to ensure reliable experiences within Power BI. • Develop and maintain documentation covering data sources, transformation logic, data models, and reporting standards.
