• Prepare 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K filings with financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and supporting schedules. • Maintain disclosure checklists and drive accuracy through rigorous tie-outs. • Collaborate with FP&A and Legal on external disclosures and investor relations. • Support valuation inputs for external specialists (equity awards, financial instruments, etc.) • Assist in audit processes and process enhancements. • Assist with internal reporting as needed. • Ensure compliance with all reporting requirements and accounting policies, including those set forth by regulatory bodies and internal controls. • Maintain financial reporting systems and tools to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial data. • Prepare materials for board meetings and other executive presentations as needed.
