Job Description
• Analyze and validate large datasets to identify trends and produce meaningful insights.
• Assist in developing solutions to address client challenges.
• Conduct market research and provide insights into industry trends.
• Support Strategic Advisors by participating in client calls and meetings (not leading presentations).
• Ensure quality assurance (QA) and validation of data-driven reports.
Job Requirements
- 4-year degree in a related field - REQUIRED
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar position preferably in a healthcare environment analyzing patient revenue cycle data
- Expertise in Excel and strong analytical abilities - REQUIRED
- Excellent time management and project management skills, capable of handling multiple competing deadlines and deliverables.
- Experience with healthcare data, including insurance, hospital, or billing systems.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
