• Deliver high-quality financial services to multiple clients in line with contracts. • Maintain accurate client accounting records and provide timely financial statements and analysis. • Assist clients with annual budgets and report performance against targets. • Oversee client-related operations such as claim processing, funding, 1099s, cash management, and subrogation recoveries. • Execute delegated financial transactions in compliance with contractual requirements. • Support client contract development to ensure proper financial service treatment and invoicing requirements. • Document revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606. • Oversee invoicing for Guidehealth services and reimbursable expenses. • Ensure timely cash posting and follow up on outstanding receivables. • Collaborate with corporate accounting and escalate issues as needed. • Hire, train, and develop team members; set goals and delegate tasks. • Implement and monitor policies and internal controls over assets and financial information. • Lead audits of Guidehealth and client financial statements. • Ensure SAGE financial system meets business needs and maintain system integrity.
