• Lead and support hotel client onboarding, including setup of accounting systems and workflows • Customize and streamline accounting processes specific to hotel operations • Manage and review financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end close • Work with hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and revenue management platforms • Ensure compliance with hospitality accounting standards and best practices • Prepare and review hotel-specific reports (daily revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, etc.) • Identify process improvements and implement scalable accounting solutions • Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency and client experience • Act as a subject-matter expert for hotel accounting and financial operation
