Job Description

• Plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operational systems. • Gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and system requirements. • Generate and compile reports based on findings with probable causes and solutions to system issues. • Apply communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills for IT system investment benefits. • Meet with decision makers and end users to define requirements and systems goals. • Review and analyze existing systems for effectiveness and efficiency. • Collaborate in the planning, design, and deployment of applications.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
Experience using Microsoft Visio for creating systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts.
Excellent research, troubleshooting, and fact-finding skills.
Minimum of one year of combined Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, or Management Information systems experience required.
Competent to consider most business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
Intermediate technical knowledge of programming languages including PowerOn, VB.NET, VBScript, T-SQL.
Working knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards.
Minimum of three years of combined experience for Level II.
Minimum of five years of combined experience for Level III.
