• Own the entire affiliate program lifecycle, transitioning rapidly from partner identification and recruitment to establishing management and optimization processes. • Identify and integrate a broad spectrum of partners, including sports publications, display networks, sub-affiliate networks, and strategic API/widget integrations. • Collaborate with or manage specialist external agencies to execute segments of the partnership strategy. • Partner with the Sports Prediction Growth Hacker to design, test, and implement bespoke affiliate incentives and campaign mechanics. • Drive aggressive promotion of key sports events and prediction markets to ensure critical revenue periods are maximized across the partner portfolio. • Maintain a rapid pace to align with product development cycles. • Utilize Tableau and Impact.com reporting to measure and communicate growth and channel value to senior leadership.
