Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 5 years of professional experience in HTS Classification
- US Licensed Customs broker or equivalent in a foreign jurisdiction
- In-depth knowledge and demonstrated expertise applying general rules of HTS classification (GRIs)
- Ability to interpret customs rulings and drawings/schematics
- Experience with large and transformative projects involving international trade
- Experience working cross-functionally across different geographies, functions, and systems of record
- Expertise with trade focus areas such as release, classification, valuation, and trade risk management
- Familiarity/working knowledge of PGAs
- Experience handling broker inquiries
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SAP GTS and Tradeflow is a plus
