Job Description
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and GTM to define key objectives
• Foster an environment of creativity, ingenuity, and forward-thinking
• Lead a team of designers to craft innovative and compelling experiences
• Help teams understand quantitative and qualitative data impacting experiences
• Engage fluently with diverse partners and represent the team
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of people management and leadership experience
- Strong user and business acumen to align design decisions with business goals
- Deep expertise in problem framing from the customers’ point of view
- Accessibility Design Skills: Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces,
- Certifications: CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS preferred.
