• Translate design intent into field-ready processes by coordinating across manufacturing, field, and project delivery teams. • Develop, document, and continuously improve work instructions and standard operating procedures for modular construction workflows. • Support engineering strategies for prefabricated systems (walls, MEP assemblies, etc.) and drive manufacturability throughout the design-build cycle. • Use Procore, PowerBI, and cost/quantity tracking to monitor production health, install rates, and productivity metrics. • Partner with install teams and superintendents to surface real-world constraints and implement upstream improvements. • Identify waste, propose countermeasures, and contribute to Creature’s evolving modular playbook.
