• Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business and technical stakeholders • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions • Develop business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle • Collaborate with architects and developers to align solutions with business needs • Support testing, create test cases, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies; recommend mitigation strategies • Serve as the primary liaison between business units and project teams • Facilitate workshops, demos, and status meetings • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences • Recommend business process improvements and automation opportunities • Mentor junior Business Analysts and share best practices • Contribute to documentation standards and requirements templates
