Job Description

• Lead cross-functional operational initiatives across Provider Networks and Product to ensure comprehensive data integrity and optimal performance in Quality reporting. • Manage and resolve field queries, preparing comprehensive reporting for executive and practice leadership. • Formulate strategic initiatives for MSSP Quality programs across the organization. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while translating complex quality data into actionable insights.

Job Requirements

Unparalleled, 90th percentile or better ability to lead through influence
Relentless focus on data, using numbers to guide strategic decisions.
8+ years of experience
Expertise and at least 2+ years experience working in HEDIS Quality-related work, preferably including the Medicare Shared Savings Program
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to successfully navigate and manage relationships across all levels, both upward and downward.
Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides.
Expert-level understanding of MSSP quality program policies and measures.
