• The RSM – Professional Residential will be responsible for driving sales solutions within the Custom Residential Installer market. • Must have a solid understanding of IP and wireless networking, end-point management and routing/switching as it applies to AV, access control, security cameras and home automation. • Familiar with resi AV control systems such as Control 4, Josh.ai, Alexa, Savant and Crestron (sometimes Crestron Home, but usually the commercial version for very large projects). • Align with Product Management to assure Product / Market fit: Assess key product developments, pricing, and profitability. • Ensure alignment with the Channel Chief for inclusion in the Partner Program.
