• Lead legal support for hyperscale customer negotiations, including data center leases, build-to-suit agreements, and colocation agreements. • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Development, Operations, and Executive leadership to structure and negotiate transactions. • Manage outside counsel when specialized expertise or additional resources are required. • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts. • Ensure compliance with internal contract policies and risk management standards. • Support vendor contracting related to hyperscale developments as needed.
