Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar experience, with strong experience with backend systems.
- Advanced SQL proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to independently navigate cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Clean Python programming for data manipulation, automation, and internal tooling.
- Familiarity with geospatial data storage, management tools and concepts is a major plus.
- Familiarity with genomic sequence or ecological data management and modeling is a plus.
- Pragmatic approach to tools and workflows.
