Job Description

• Maintain a deep understanding of Tava Health’s products and services and effectively communicate the value proposition to partners. • Develop and execute growth strategies targeting payer organizations, health systems, and TPAs. • Initiate and foster executive-level relationships at managed care organizations, health systems, and TPAs. • Drive activations and expansions at partner organizations, with accountability for top-line bookings. • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with Tava Health’s objectives and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. • Serve as a thought leader and advocate for Tava Health within the mental health industry, representing the company at conferences, events, and industry forums. • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new partnership opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments. • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure the successful implementation and execution of partnership initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in consultative sales or strategic partnerships within healthcare.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and energized by working on a mission-driven team.
  • Proven track record in population health, value-based care, clinical quality, and growth initiatives within progressive healthcare organizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise sales with long sales cycles and diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of managed care and provider markets, including payers and risk-bearing organizations.
  • Passion for healthcare and value-based care.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
