Job Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering successful SaaS products to market, preferably in B2B settings
- Experience with AI-powered solutions is a plus
- Broad business acumen across industries and business models, with the ability to understand market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and financial implications of product decisions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges effectively
- A passion for creating exceptional products that solve important user problems with an ability to form a big-picture strategy and a willingness to be granular in detail and do hands-on work as needed
- BA/BS degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field is required
- MBA and experience working in the insurance or financial industry are pluses.
