• Own the day-to-day and long-term operational mechanics of the corporate Tax Platform • Develop and operationalize repeatable calculations for FDII, GILTI, Subpart F, and other U.S. international tax computations and transfer pricing computations • Digital asset cost basis and inventory tracking, including derivatives and complex financial products • Maintain and improve the data pipelines and transformation logic that feed the Tax Provision process • Lead OneSource data mapping, data cleansing, and reconciliation workflows • Partner with Accounting, Finance, Data, and Product teams to ensure tax data integrity across all systems • Build SQL/Python automation that reduces manual effort, improves accuracy, and strengthens internal controls • Serve as the go-to operations expert for tax data issues, system flows, and reconciliation anomalies • Manage cross-functional execution for quarter-end and year-end tax processes • Establish controls, documentation, and repeatable processes to support audit and regulatory readiness • Provide mentorship to analysts and foster a culture of operational rigor within the tax team
