Job Description

• Handle projects within budget/scope/time/quality constraints; • Provide client and internal reporting for main project KPIs; • Make sure estimates take into account risks and contain the appropriate contingency; • Assist in resourcing decisions (who can be taken to work on the project, etc.); • Ensure your knowledge of project management is kept up to date and relevant by networking/researching/reading blogs and news sources, attending meet-ups, etc.; • Efficiently manage your workload; • Assist in critical support issues where your experience is required; • Share knowledge, insights, best practice and ideas; • Contribute regularly to discussions regarding internal process and system improvements in order to ensure maximum efficiency across the company.

Job Requirements

1+ year of commercial experience for the position Project Manager in outsourcing/outstaffing company;
Advanced English level;
Proven experience with project management methodologies, preferably Agile, for managing projects and adapting to changing priorities;
Understanding of web development best practices, quality assurance processes, and bug-fixing methodologies;
Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to manage client expectations, address concerns and facilitate communication between all parties;
Skill to say "No" to clients is must have;
Good analytical and problem-solving skills to assess the current state of the project, identify root causes of issues, and develop solutions;
Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks that could further derail the project;
Experience in project crisis management, salvage or turnaround situations;
Good theoretical and junior practical knowledge: Scrum;
Kanban;
Estimation techniques;
