• Communicate with customers and end users to gather feedback (interviews, walkthroughs, surveys), synthesize insights, and iterate on design concepts to improve usability and clarity. • Create low/high-fidelity wireframes and visual mockups; prepare and deliver demo-ready design walk-throughs to customers and internal stakeholders. • Convert approved designs into clean, maintainable CSS/SCSS within the application; partner with developers to align styling, components, and accessibility standards across HTML, JavaScript, and React. • Review and update Git/GitLab issues to ensure clarity, accurate status, labels, acceptance criteria, and links to design artifacts and documentation. • Attend project and team meetings (standups, planning, reviews, retros) and contribute to delivery commitments. • Participate in developer discussions (architecture, components, theming, design tokens), provide UI/UX input, and help document decisions.
