Job Description
• Define our product positioning, lead new product and feature launches, and drive adoption, activation, and retention campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Brand teams to align roadmap decisions with marketing outcomes.
• Help create launch videos, pages for new products and marketing campaigns across email, sms, and in-app messages.
• Lead research-driven, user-tested initiatives to scale our campaigns, launches, website, and press presence.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years leading Product Marketing in a high-growth B2B FinTech or similar multi-product environment.
- Experience creating go-to-market strategies for new products and features, including producing launch videos, landing pages and similar assets.
- Experience launching adoption, activation and retention campaigns, including email, sms, and in-app message campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor high-performing teams with clear, confident communication.
- Strong analytical mindset define KPIs, track progress, and drive decisions through data.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams on brand, copy, and visual assets.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- High technical fluency with modern marketing and analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills, able to lead cross-functional initiatives with urgency and accountability.
