Job Description

• Help prospects and customers understand business impact of partnering with Funnel • Turn customer challenges into quantifiable outcomes • Build strong business cases • Guide buyers through the financial “why” behind adopting Funnel’s platform • Dive into messy or incomplete data and present clear insights • Build new analyses or reports to uncover meaningful trends and tell a compelling business story • Partner with Sales to connect customer pain points to measurable outcomes • Build ROI models, business cases, and pricing justification materials • Create and maintain templates, calculators, and value frameworks • Present findings and recommendations to customer teams • Collaborate with Product Marketing to refine value messaging • Ensure data accuracy and measurement methodologies • Assist with RFP responses related to value and financial justification • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel + SQL
  • Experience with Looker or other data visualization tools
  • Experience wth Python is preferred
  • Strong communicator who can present clearly to executive stakeholders
  • Skilled storyteller who can turn data into persuasive narratives
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working across GTM, product, and operational functions
  • Background in consulting, business analyst, data analyst, or marketing analyst fields (SaaS experience preferred)
