Conduct regular DevEx surveys within Marqeta and use developers' feedback for strategy. • Use your extensive technical expertise to mentor engineers, to promote developer productivity within your team and across Marqeta. • Drive both the tactical and strategic roadmap for Marqeta Engineering, using data and customer feedback. • Establish and foster a data-driven engineering culture. Develop superior tooling and metrics to understand the health of our entire SDLC systems. • Conduct DevEx surveys, collect and analyze feedback and define areas of execution for world-class developer experience.
