• Develop, own, and execute a cohesive product strategy for Revenue Cycle Management and Patient Payments across Henry Schein One • Lead and grow a team of Product Managers through mentorship, coaching, and development, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture • Deeply understand customer workflows and pain points related to insurance, billing, claims, payments, and collections through research and direct engagement • Translate customer and market insights into clear product priorities and a data-informed roadmap aligned to business objectives • Define and monitor success metrics and KPIs such as days in A/R, collection rates, payment adoption, reimbursement accuracy, and patient payment conversion • Prioritize initiatives and manage dependencies across teams to deliver high-impact RCM and payments capabilities • Drive cross-functional execution in close partnership with engineering, design, data, finance, sales, support, and implementation teams • Communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes clearly and consistently to stakeholders through strong documentation and presentations • Monitor regulatory, market, and competitive trends in healthcare payments and RCM to keep our solutions ahead of the curve • Champion best practices in product management and lead by example in product thinking, decision-making, and customer advocacy
