• Lead the technical design and development of custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and solutions. • Provide guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. • Oversee the development of Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integration with external systems. • Take ownership of end-to-end solution design, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring the solution meets functional, technical, and performance requirements. • Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflows. • Develop customized Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other tools within the Salesforce platform. • Continuously optimize and enhance the Salesforce environment, including performance tuning, maintenance and scalability. • Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including design specifications, technical architecture, and deployment procedures. • Contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts within the team through documentation and mentoring. • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the iterative development process. • Collaborate with product owners and scrum master’s to define and prioritize tasks and user stories. • Work efficiently within a fast-paced, Agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of features and bug fixes. • Identify and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing system downtime and ensuring business continuity. • Perform root cause analysis of system issues and recommend corrective actions. • Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends, applying them to solve problems and enhance system performance.
