• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and editing a variety of corporate and commercial agreements (e.g., vendor agreements, service contracts, partnership agreements). • Support contract lifecycle management, including version control, tracking key dates, and ensuring timely execution. • Conduct legal research related to corporate, regulatory, and compliance issues. • Maintain organized and up-to-date contract records and corporate files. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel as needed to facilitate efficient contract workflows. • Provide general paralegal support to the legal team, including administrative legal tasks.
