• Participate in and manage the development effort of multiple hardware products simultaneously • Develop clear, detailed product requirements and specifications • Lead the design-stage work by developing system- and subsystem-level specifications • Own the end-to-end product development across electrical, mechanical, and firmware domains • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for contract manufacturers • Drive DFMA, DFT, and DFR across the design • Develop test plans derived from product requirements • Coordinate regulatory and certification activities • Travel regularly to manufacturing sites to support builds • Provide technical guidance and mentorship
