Job Description

• Develop and produce engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. • Analyze social media trends and identify viral opportunities to increase engagement and reach. • Collaborate with and manage a community of content creators to ensure a steady stream of new content. • Work on social media strategies to optimize reach and platform interactions. • Stay up to date with the latest platform changes and algorithm updates to maximize impact. • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.

Job Requirements

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or a related field.
Must-have: iPhone (some apps are iOS-only)
Fluent in German and English.
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube trends and their audiences.
Creativity and a hands-on approach to ideation, content creation and execution.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for social media and a natural curiosity to experiment and innovate.
Experience creating short-form videos with viral potential.
