Job Description
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, product designers, and other content designers to define how we support and uphold our members throughout their gaming journeys
• Initiate, define, and lead multiple projects simultaneously, partnering closely with product designers to communicate effectively across our member-facing interfaces
• Establish information architecture, voice & tone, terminology, and pattern guidance
• Present your work and strategy to key stakeholders, team members, and other content designers for visibility and feedback
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience writing UI content
- Experience working on games or related products
- Experience writing for trust & safety surfaces
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours
- Willingness to travel to California 3+ times each year
- Please provide a writing portfolio or relevant writing samples
