• Serve as creative lead for the Stand Together always-on programming. • Provide creative input into partnership proposals. • Analyze performance data and use it to inform creative decisions. • Build and manage relationships across the team - both internal and external. • Oversee the creative execution of all content products - including videos, written articles, social content, content hubs, events - and provide feedback and guidance to team members. • Keep teams in sync with the proposed timelines, brand guidelines, and project budgets. • Collaborate with the Publishing team to integrate best practices and insights into future work. • Anticipate partner feedback and goals, and adjust strategy accordingly. • Constantly be looking to innovate and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table. • Assess and respond to difficult partner feedback with a positive, solution-focused mindset.
