• Create and maintain comprehensive information architecture diagrams, user journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes • Present design iterations to internal teams and external stakeholders, cultivating feedback loops that drive world-class player experiences • Establish and maintain design system standards, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints • Advocate for accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles across all products • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging design practices, bringing fresh perspectives to the team • Contribute to strategic design initiatives and process improvements • Cultivate a deep understanding of the lottery and real-money gaming industry and the landscape of design challenges and solutions • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the entire product development lifecycle • Lead user research initiatives including usability testing, interviews, and behavioral analysis to ensure the voice of the customer guides our design decisions • Partner with data analysts to transform insights into design decisions that are both user-centered and business-driven • Our design workflow utilizes Figma as our primary toolchain alongside Adobe Creative Suite.
