• Be proficient with integrations for the Workday’s Financials (FIN), Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or Workday Student products • Perform the following as a member of the deployment team: accurately capture the customer’s business requirements, design and build Workday integration systems, demonstrate integrations through the deployment process, assist in testing integration solutions, and complete knowledge transfer to the customer • Collaborate effectively and synergistically on team-based projects • Help ensure the customer remains referenceable once in production • Take advantage of training opportunities to expand your skillset • Work directly with project manager(s) to provide status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status • Work with project manager(s) to identify scope changes and change orders as needed • Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications
