Job Description

• Conduct analysis of A/B tests, including hypothesis testing and setting variant decision rules • Pre/Post analysis of product enhancements and platform upgrades • Build and own tools to help track progress and enable decision making • Own the insights and recommendations that will influence our products and future initiatives • Work across teams to set up testing and understand technical initiatives prior to their release into production

Job Requirements

B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or similar.
3-5 years of proven and successful analytics experience with a preference for experience in product analytics (i.e. A/B testing, experimentation, event tracking)
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including ability to:
Identify the best data sources and conduct complex analyses with data across resources
Set up and interpret event tracking and conversion funnels
Leverage analytical tools to execute analysis
Excel required
Advanced proficiency in SQL
Proficiency in at least one of the following - Optimizely, Amplitude, GA4, Google Search Console
Effective communicator able to translate complex analysis into insights and communicate results and recommendations
Ability to work as part of a team, while driving individual goals
Experience analyzing SEO or AIO a plus
