Job Description
• Act as a strategic advisor to partners—helping them build and execute effective go-to-market plans.
• Manage day-to-day partner relationships through weekly check-ins, email communications, and performance reviews.
• Inspire partners to engage in marketing programs that deliver results, leveraging both internal tools and external agencies.
• Guide partners through the use of Marketing Development Funds (MDF), including working with third-party agencies and measuring ROI.
• Collaborate with clients and partners to report on marketing performance and ensure ongoing alignment with business goals.
• Support partners in navigating the client’s marketing platform and tools, offering training and best practices.
• Create clear, compelling marketing briefs and presentations to drive program adoption and partner enablement.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and demand generation.
- Background in B2B marketing or agency environments preferred.
- Previous Partner Marketing Experience is a plus.
- Experience in the tech industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset—you enjoy measuring performance and optimizing for better results.
- Excellent communicator with confidence in both client-facing conversations and internal collaboration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
