• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and reconciliations across balance sheet and income statement accounts • Perform roll-forwards and tie-outs of large data reports for crypto • Ensure intercompany accounts are properly reconciled and eliminated in consolidation • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports • Ability to identify and resolve data and reporting issues • Develop, maintain, and improve Google Sheets with advanced formulas to support financial analysis, reporting, and process automation • Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing documentation and offering necessary explanations • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining accounting policies and internal controls • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as FP&A, Operations, and HR to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data • Participate in projects and respond to ad-hoc financial requests as needed
