• Define and execute strategy to dramatically improve the intelligence of the Guest and Host apps through machine learning and data products. • Set priorities, balance speed and quality, and ensure the engineering team executes against an ambitious roadmap. • Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science to take high-impact ML initiatives from concept to production. • Lead and mentor a diverse team of ~10+ engineers and technical leads across Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, and Software Engineering. • Collaborate closely with key engineering teams, including Host Tools, Pricing, Guest Experience, Trust, Infrastructure, and Customer Service Platform. • Coaching and developing team members, helping them grow their careers, technical expertise, and collaboration skills.
