Job Description

• Own the design, business case development, and strategic planning for major GTM initiatives • Support annual and long-term GTM planning exercises • Build repeatable frameworks and strategic tools to improve decision-making • Act as a thought partner to GTM leadership on strategic questions

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or related roles
Deep understanding of go-to-market functions, sales models, and revenue operations, ideally within B2B SaaS
Exceptional communication and influencing skills
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Experience designing and launching strategic initiatives such as new market entry, channel strategies, or new GTM motions
Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work
