Job Description
• Serve as the single management lead and technical lead for federal client interactions
• Ensure all work complies with contract terms and conditions
• Drive productivity and operational effectiveness through continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with federal government regulations and mandates
• Prevent IT obsolescence and reduce IT maintenance costs
• Schedule weekly meetings with development team, helpdesk, and government client to review status of builds, bug fixes and enhancements
• Strong verbal, written, organizational and documentation skills
Job Requirements
- US Citizen
- Secret Clearance required
- Must have master’s degree (or MBA) in strategic/change management, business administration or equivalent
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- A Minimum of ten (10) years’ practical and professional experience in project management to include enterprise transition planning and implementation as it relates to military human resource management in the areas of organization, leadership, personnel, and facilities
- Must have expertise in the Agile development methodology
- Experience working with RegAF, NGB/ANG, AFR
